1. Our automatic servo tracking bottle jar capping machine adopts linear design and servo tracking heads to do bottle tracking and servo cap screwing, the continuous movement making sure highly & stable production efficiency, ensuring no liquid spilling during capping process, widely used for various bottles, jars and jerrycans auto filling capping production in foodstuff, daily chemical, chemical, pharmaceutical fileds.
2. Designed with cap lifting unscrambler (or cap vibrators) for cap arranging and feeding, then servo manipulator capping head to do grab-type cap-picking and tracking type screwing, which ensures very accurate cap-feeding & screwing quality, no noise, more efficient, reliable & stable.
3. Can be designed with 1-head, or 3-head capping, manual cap feeding, or vacuum tracking capping based on specific needs.
4. Designed with servo tracking capping machine, no bottle stop and no liquid spilling during capping; with servo capping heads, the capping speed and capping torque can be directly adjsuted from touch screen, easy to use & maintain, with great capping quality, very stable and reliable.
