To ensure optimal performance, the pipe tolerances and characteristics must adhere strictly to the standards: DIN 74324, DIN 73378, ISO 7628, and SAE J844. Usage of any other pipe types is strictly prohibited unless expressly approved by WAVE.
WAVE joints are meticulously crafted using premium materials such as EN 12164 CW614 N (CuZn39Pb3), EN 12165 CW617 N (CuZn40Pb2), PA 66 GF30, PA 6.10 GF30, EPDM, and NBR, ensuring durability and reliability under the most demanding conditions.
Designed for exceptional thermal and pressure resilience, the threads showcase a thermal tight seal capability from +100°C to -40°C and can withstand maximum pressure of 15bar. The threaded part of the joint is compliant with ISO 6149 and DIN 3852 standards, assuring you of a leak-proof connection every time.
Specifically engineered for air applications, the joint is not suitable for other fluids or gases unless expressly authorized by WAVE, ensuring optimal performance and safety under specified conditions.
