Product Description
Naringinase
Naringinase is an enzyme that can hydrolyze naringin to produce naringenin and play a debittering effect. It is with activities of α-L-rhamnosidase and β-D-glucosidase.
Instructions:
1. The optimum temperature: 50-60ºC;
2. Effective pH value: 4.0~7.0, the optimum pH value is 4.5~5.5;
3. Addition amount: add according to specific small test situation.
Application:
1 Debittering of citrus, grapes and other fruits;
2 Enzymatic hydrolysis of naringin to produce naringenin;
3 Production of rhamnose;
4 Production of antibiotics.
Matters needing attention during use:
Naringinase is a biologically active substance, which is susceptible to heavy metal ions (Fe3+, Cu2+, Hg+, Pb+, etc.)
The inhibitory and destructive effects of oxidants and oxidants should avoid contact with them.
