Who We Are
We are SKYBALL, a LED lighting manufacturer who found in 1999. We started the LED lighting production from DIP LED. Founded in 1999 and based in Jiangmen, we have over 20 years of accumulation. We have been and will be always committed to craving lights in good quality and well-thought design, in the hope of providing the best to customers.
What We Do
We have offer supports for many lighting projects in domestic and abroard. Skyball keeps focusing on research, development, production and selling in the LED lighting industry. For products, Skyball is certified to the ISO standard. In order to provide high quality products from LED components to LED final products, we introduced various advanced machines into production such as COB die bonder, SMT, PVC cover extrusion line, Silicon cover extrusion line etc. Each production line is managed by a total quality control to ensure the quality of LED production in Operating, Safety, Reliability engineering and Maintainability requirements.

A: Skyball is a lighting manufacturer with over 20 years of history.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A:Regular Samples need 3-5 days, mass production time needs 30-35 days for order quantity more than 100.000mtrs. Ugent order pls contact with our manager dept., to make the arrangement.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for LED Strips order?
A:MOQ will be listed on the quotation list.
Q4. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q5: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer a 2 year warranty on our products; or a 5 year warranty depending on the product criteria. Please check with us for details when placing your order.
Q6: How can you ensure the quality?
A: We have advanced production and testing equipment, mature production management and quality control system to ensure the production of high quality products. Each product will be 100% strictly inspected by the quality control department before leaving the factory, and pictures and videos will be sent for your confirmation during the production process.
Q7: How to deal with the faulty?
A: All of our products are 100% inspected before shipment and are generally free of quality issues. For damaged products, we are required to return a quality sample for study. If any product is judged to be defective, we will provide an equivalent quantity as a replacement.
Q8: What should I do if I have a problem with the product?
A: We created a troubleshooting form for you to solve problems.
