Normally, the warranty is 3 years. For specific model like powerwall battery, the warranty is 5 years. Beside, warranty is extending available according to customers' requirements.

By Express (3-15 days): suitable for urgent time or small quantity;
By Sea (25-45 days): suitable for bulk order.
