- Technical Parameter
- Working Principle: The vertical radial extrusion molding machine is a special equipment for producing reinforced concrete drainage and sewage pipes.The production of the manifold is completed by the combination of radial extrusion molding and vibrating compaction molding.When the socket type manifold is produced, the manifold of the socket is vibrated and compacted, and the tube of the manifold and the tube of the socket are radially compacted forming.
- Scope of application: The equipment is suitable for the production of DN300-1200, length of 2M/ flat mouth, socket(except for grooved parts)reinforced concrete drain pipe and sewage pipe.
- Shaft Speed: 2sets of 90KW DC motor are used to control the internal and external shaft rotation, DC speed regulation, and the speed is 0-150 r/min.
- Shaft Lift: Hydraulic control,through the adjustment of the relief valve, to ensure the spindle can rise at a constant speed, the working speed rises 10-20mm/s, it can quickly drop.
- Action Control:The machine is an intelligent integrated device integrating mechanical, electric control and hydraulic. The main shaft adopts DC speed governor for speed regulation. The other mechanical rotating parts adopt frequency conversion speed regulation, the main shaft lifting and socket rolling/lifting are hydraulic controlled, and the main shaft rises through Encoder tracking control. All the motion data is input to the PLC and displayed through the touch screen display.
- Structural Requirements: the overall frame strength is high, can not produce vibration.
- Input Voltage: three-phase AC,380V/50HZ± 5%; ground wire according to standard requirements.
- Installed Capacity: about 220KW, dedicated line supply.
- Compressed Air: clean dry air gas source, working pressure:0.7Mpa
- Hydraulic Oil: 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil; water source:clean and no pollution.
- Installation Environment: indoor installation, electrical cabinet must be installed in a ventilated and dry control room.
- Equipment Configuration: the equipment includes: 1set main frame, 1 set lifting spindle mechanism, 1 set rotary working platform, 1 set hydraulic system(including pipeline, cylinder, without hydraulic oil), 1 set electric control operating system, 1set gas pipeline,/anchor bolts/wire connecting lines of electrical cabinet to various driving parts. It it not include air compressor, mixing station, concrete conveyor belt, mold and extrusion heads.
- Working Efficiency
- The above parameters are just for reference, the real speed will according to factors such as the performance of the mixing station supply by customer and conveying distance and other factors.
