Rail anchors made in one-piece construction from spring steel are designed to fasten the steel rail tight on the base of the rail to prevent the rail from longitudinal movements, i.e. the " creeping" of the rail, caused by changing temperature, grades, traffic patterns, and braking action of trains.
Rail anchors are applied to the rail base directly and lodge up against the tie. Rail anchors provide a large bearing surface against rail base and railroad tie, preventing cutting and wear, and eventually to prolong the working life of the railroad ties. Anchors are made for a specific rail weight and base width, which can be classified into two types: the Drive-on rail anchors and Spring type rail anchor.
We produce different types of track anchors from special T-shaped spring steel which, after forging and heat treatment, has the advantage of uniform strength and durable service. Anchors are used where additional anti-creep arrangements are required for fastener systems. Anchors come in a variety of shapes and are made from coils of different parts. When the wheels are running on the track, the rail anchors hold the track firmly and, when set on sleepers, resist longitudinal movement of the track caused by passing trains.

1. Before producing Rail Anchor, we will check and test the raw materials. we require suppliers to provide production batch number, chemical composition, mechanical properties and other testing indicators.
2. Our quality control inspectors take sample sampling and batch testing after the process of manufacturing Rail Anchor, and provide raw material certificate and other means to control the testing process.
3.According to the different requirements of Rail Anchor, we make the corresponding physical and chemical testing and inspection. If the results do not meet our requirements, we will refuse to accept the materials only if they meet our standards.
4. For semi-finished products and their external suppliers of Rail Anchor, we often organize quality control coordination meetings and provide technical advice and guidance. Ensure that qualified products are delivered to our customers prior to shipment.
