Conventional rail wheel towed type raise boring machine(RBM)faces great difficulty in transfer during down-hole operation in a modern trackless mine. The time-consuming and strenuous process of disassembly,transportation and reassembly severely constrains its popularization and application in a modern mine.
Based on mature techniques,in particular,the host module and the hydraulic system module of conventional RBM,we have successfully developed the CY-R80V/CY-R120VD series crawler self-propelled type RBM with creative diesel-electric dual-power unit and crawler type walking chassis,of which various technical indicators reach the advanced level among international peers.
