For the belt running deviation detection
The partial switch is check the conveyor belt running deviation in sensing element, according to the condition of belt running deviation signal.To realize automatic alarm and stop, prevent the belt from damage and continue to run.
Belt running deviation, belt drive action arm deflection, touch the micro switch action, send out alarm signal.If continue to deviate to set down position, touches another group of contacts, conveyor is a protective stop.
The partial switch are normally installed in 0.3 2 meters distance conveyor head or the tail, usually in pairs installed on both sides of conveyor.Can be fixed on the conveyor at the top or bottom of the girder.Action bar is about 25-75 - mm belt edge distance.

One-piece cover plate, junction box to adjust easily.
