What is the process of making faucets?
Step 1 - Acquiring the necessary materials.Step 2 - Creating the shape through casting and molding, using low pressure die casting and gravity casting machine.
Step 3 - Shaping and refining the faucet through CNC machining, using CNC drilling tapping milling machine, CNC grinding and peeling machine, and CNC engravign, carving and milling machine.
Step 4 - Smoothing and polishing the faucet using sand belt grinding and polishing, robotic cnc grinding and polishing, and CNC polishing and buffing machine.
Step 5 - Thoroughly inspecting the faucet for any defects.
Step 6 - Applying electroplating or PVD coating for a desired finish.
Step 7 - Assembling the faucet on an assembly line.
Step 8 - Testing the faucet to ensure its functionality.
