Product Description
Ready lock Scaffolding cup lock system with Peri Formwork 2.25m Beam(double U profile) and beam angle, adjustable fork head jack form a slab formwork support for shuttering and construction project.
The cuplock system scafolding vertical standard is made by OD48.3x3.2mm steel tube in S355 high strength steel material with forged top cup at every 500mm intervals. Cuplock scaffolding ledger horizontals are made by OD48.3x3.2mm steel tube with forged ledger blade.
Wellmade cup lock system scaffolding is tested at 1) raw material chemical and physicals to ensure all material are qualified before production 2) do welding line theoretical throad test to ensure safety material for clients 3) do components assembly inspection to ensure all components can be assemly well at clients's side.
