1. Materials and craftsmanship
Matte ceramics: Use high-temperature fired stoneware or frosted glaze ceramics, with a matte surface texture, a warm and delicate touch, and avoid fingerprint residue.
Amber glaze: Use mineral glaze to adjust the color, imitate the light transmittance and layering of natural amber, and the bottle body can be partially gradient or kiln-changed to enhance the retro charm.
Handmade traces: Retain slight hand-thrown texture or glaze flow traces to reflect the traditional craftsman spirit.
2. Color design
Main color: With warm amber as the core, light and dark are interlaced (such as caramel color transitioning to dark brown red), simulating the mellowness of aged liquor.
Auxiliary color: The bottle mouth, bottom or relief part can be embellished with matte black and bronze gold to enhance the low-key luxury.
Labels: with yellowed kraft paper or etched metal plates, handwritten fonts or vintage seal patterns.
3. Modeling inspiration
19th century pharmacy bottles: refer to the narrow mouth and wide shoulder design of European antique glass bottles, with corks or wax seals.
Oriental elements: optional gourd shape, plum bottle outline, combined with ceramic relief (such as vines, wheat ears and other wine-themed patterns).
Practical details: wide bottom anti-pour design, thickened thread at the bottle mouth for easy sealing, recommended capacity 500ml-750ml.
4. Retro distressing treatment
Edge wear: slightly faded effect on the edges and corners of the bottle body and the relief protrusions to imitate the traces of time.
Glaze cracks: add fine crack texture locally (the proportion needs to be controlled to avoid affecting the sealing).
Accessories: hemp rope wrapped around the bottleneck, or a brass small wine glass set is included.
5. Application scenarios
High-end spirits packaging: whiskey, rum and other aged series, emphasizing the hand-made brewing story.
Home decoration: Empty bottles can be used as flower vases or ornaments, suitable for wabi-sabi style and retro industrial style spaces.

We have two packing solutions, one is pallet with divider, another is carton and pallet. These two solutions can keep bottles safe, only difference is cost.

A3.Usually it will take 25-30 working days for normal container load quantity order.for some items which are very similar as our main products,lead time can be just 7-15 days.
