Product Description
Wool felt, or pressed felt, is manufactured from premium wool fibers. Using a technique called "wet processing," these fibers are mechanically pressed into continuous layers using heat, moisture, and pressure. These layers can then be cross-lapped and combined to create felt with varying density, thickness, and wool content. Wool felt offers many unique features and benefits. It does not fray or unravel and maintains its other physical properties as it wears. It is highly absorbent, offers good chemical resistance, and will generally maintain its original form, even after long periods of stress. Wool is also an excellent sustainable resource because it grows back quickly after being sheared. In other words, our wool felt is LEED® certified as a rapidly renewable resource. In addition to the advantages listed above, wool felt gaskets are useful for filtration, polishing, fluid reservoir applications, oil wiper rings, and more.

Imported Australian wool felt is more resistant to friction, anti-static, wear-resistant, and durable, and has less hair shedding. Do not use inferior products that will seriously affect the clogging of the threaded nozzle and produce a white powder. Please use regular company products to improve quality.
