II. Operation Procedures:
Bobbins put in a container and loaded in furnace pot → loaded into furnace → close furnace cover → pumped into vacuum condition and inlet with nitrogen atmosphere → start and complete heat treatment process automatically →cooling in the furnace → furnace pot lifted out, natural cooling →bobbins taken out.
