Alumina hollow ball brick is made of alumina hollow ball and aluminum oxide powder as the main raw materials, combined with other bonding agents, after 1750 degrees of high temperature fired. It is a kind of energy-saving insulation material of ultra-high temperature material. Alumina hollow ball as the main body, can be made into various shapes of products, the highest use temperature of 1800ºC, the product mechanical strength is high, several times of the general light products, and the bulk density is only half of corundum products. It has been widely used in high temperature and ultra-high temperature kilns such as gasifier in petrochemical industry, carbon black industrial reactor and induction furnace in metallurgical industry, and has achieved very satisfactory energy-saving effect.
