Product Description
Pre-fused synthetic flux (slag) for refined steel-making is produced from high quality materials melted in electro-furnace,after cooling,crashing and screening into different grit.
Melting point: 1320 ºC ,Principal mineralogical phase: C12A7
We manufacture different grades of pre-fused synthetic flux:
CaO-Al2O3 normal grade synthetic flux,
CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO high magnesium grade synthetic flux
Al2O3-CaO high alumina grade synthetic flux
A2O3-CaO low Titanium grade synthetic flux
Al2O3-CaO low silica grade synthetic flux
Typical specification of pre-fused refining flux:
