Graphite crucible is bowl ceramic with deep bottom, they are made of different content of silicon carbide particles added into the graphite crucible, such as a silicon carbide content of 50%, 24%, etc by fundamental of isostatic compaction technology.
It is new generation of silicon carbide graphite crucible adopted high-grade refractory material and formula. According to application, there are special silicon carbide crucibles for melting copper,aluminum,zinc oxide, zinc, and tin.
1. High temperature resistance:Graphite crucibles can withstand extremely high temperatures, up to 3000°C, and are suitable for high-temperature smelting and heat treatment.
2. Good thermal conductivity:Graphite has excellent thermal conductivity, can quickly and evenly transfer heat, improve heating efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
3. Strong thermal shock resistance: Graphite crucibles are not easy to crack under rapid temperature changes, and are suitable for occasions with frequent heating and cooling.
4. High chemical stability:Graphite has good corrosion resistance to most acids, alkalis and salts, and is suitable for smelting a variety of metals and alloys.
5. High mechanical strength: Graphite crucibles still maintain high mechanical strength at high temperatures and are not easy to deform or damage.
6. Long service life: Graphite crucibles have a long service life and good economic efficiency due to their high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength.

Q1 : How can you control your quality?
A1 : For each production processing, we have complete QC system for the chemical composition and Physical properties. After production, all the goods will be tested, and the quality certificate will be shipped along with goods.

A2 : It usually needs about 15- 20 days after receiving the PO.

A3 : Yes, free samples are available, generlly speaking, the buyer shall bear all the delivery cost.
