Advantage:
(1) Water Absorption
According to studies and tests, Feininger XPS insulation boards adsorbs much less water compared to EPS and PU (4 times less) and this is highly important when it comes to refrigerator car.
(2) R-Value Behaviour
XPS foam board is much more durable compared with PU and EPS and it does not lose its properties over time. This is important since it not only increase the efficiency of the system but also decrease the maintenance cost drastically.
(3) Compressive Strength
XPS insulation board performs with a compressive strength 2 times higher than EPS. In some cases, PU has almost similar compressive strength to XPS but considering other parameters it is regarded a weaker insulation.

Question 1: Are you Manufactory or Trading Company?
--Our company Feininger is the manufacture of XPS foam board since 2003.Our boss is the chairman of Chinese XPS Industry Association.
We have total 4 lines running everyday.
Question 2:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
--In order to keep our none compensation record, quality is our first priority. Feininger People always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning of raw material sourcing to the end of production. Each batch of products will be tested with caution before packing and delivery.
Question 3: What is your quality assurance policy?
--We have test office to follow up the technical datas of each order, they will pick up the samples from the production lines per 4 hours,
then to do test to make sure all the data can meet the demand of the order.
Question 4: Can I get samples before ordering?
--Yes for standard product, samples can be provided for you with free of charge, for non-standard product, please contact us for discussion.
Question 5: Is your XPS foam board you produce environment friendly or green product?
--We promise our XPS board to be 100% fresh material, they are totally environment friendly whether fireproof or not, they are safe to human being and environment, free of HBCD.
