Warranty Statement
The whole machine is under warranty for one year. However, the evaporator drum is warranted for five years in case of leakage or deformation (change new drum for free).

A: Delivery time is 2 weeks for 0.3 ton to 3 ton ice machines and 5-6 weeks for ice machines above 5 tons.

A: The most common payment method is 30% in advance, with the remaining 70% due before shipment.
Q4: Installation & commissioning:
1. Customers can install the equipment themselves with the help of manuals, online instructions, and live video conferences provided by GRANT.
2. Installation by Grant engineers is available for machines over 5 tons. Grant will arrange 1-2 engineers to visit installation sites for final supervision and commissioning.
a. Customers are responsible for all expenses of the engineer during installation, including transportation.
b. Power, water, installation tools, and spare parts must be prepared before Grant engineers arrive.
