1.Synopsis of the laboratory
The lab is the performance testing equipment for compressor condensing units, air cooler, air cooled condenser, dry type evaporator and shell and tube cooler. It consists of air envelop enclosure, General refrigeration system test platform and electrical control measurement system. Regard to compressor condensing units, air cooler, air cooled condenser, Air handing unit and testing unit work together to get the air testing condition in the air envelop enclosure. General refrigeration system test platform provide working condition of refrigerant side. Calculate the cooling capacity and heating capacity by measure refrigerant flow and inlet outlet condition. The air flow of UUT are measured by specified air flow measurement apparatus. Dry type evaporator and shell and tube cooler, tested by water flow. Conducting by General refrigeration system test platform refrigerant side and subsidiary water system.

Air space dry bulb temp: -20~50 degc
Evaporate temp: -30~30 degc
Condensation temp: 30~60 degc
External static pressure: 0-450 PA
Capacity:
(1) Cooling and heating capacity test repeatability:
Acceptable deviation<± 1.5%%
(2) Cooling and heating capacity test balance:
Acceptable deviation± 5%
