Product Description
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTS1.The compressorshouldbe stored indryand ventilated places.
2.The installationrequirements of compressor:the compressor must bemounted horizontally without tiltingan angle more than 5°
3.In order to avoid the entering of debris and moisture,pleasedo not
pull off rubber plugs from the compressor tube.
4.The earth connection should be fixed fimly to the refrigerator'sgroundingdevice.
5.In order to balance the system pressure,compressorrun time intervalshould be no less than 5 minutes.
6.As the compressor is injectedwiththe best quantityof professionalrefrigeration oil which is recognized by company,please do not pourout oraddoil randomly.
7.Insteadof beinginstalledat compressor,the compressoraccessories(such as starter,protector,capacitor,etc.)are in the accessory box.
8.Correctly match the compressor's evaporation temperatureaccording to low,middle and high back pressure and pay attentionto the range ofvoltage and frequency.
9.During transport,the limit height is one layer.Please keep thecompressor always vertically and never upset it while avoiding anyvibration and shock.
10.The compressor can not withstand high voltage(ourcompany hasfinished the test of 1800V,1S)or start and operate under vacuumconditions.
11.Please avoid welding powder and dust entering the surface ofwiring terminal during the welding of connection tubes,or that wouldlead to theunqualified insulating.
12.The system vacuum degree≤0.6665mbar.Please reconfirm theRefrigerant Volume while match the new compressor.Adjust thesystem if necessary.
13.Please inform the comp factory when the same model comp clientautonomouslymatchother refrigeration system models.
14.When design the refrigeration system please take oil return abilityinto full consideration.Otherwise,it would cause the compressorfailure.
15.Be sure to separate vacuum from refrigeration systemwhile not usethevacuum pump.Otherwise,it would cause back ventof oil negativepressure then lead to refrigeration failure.
16.Please keep the storage expirywithln 6 months.If it expired,pleasecheck the sufficiency of gas inside compressor and recharge it whennecessary.
17.Starting and running voltage:according to different workingcondition,compressor canstart under the balance pressure of 0.2MPa(R600a)and 0.5MPa(R134a)and under-15%,+10%rated voltage.
18.The compressor operating ambient temperature should be nohigher than 43ºC.While operating at the highest ambienttemperaturefor a long time,make sure the voltage andpower are within the limitvalue and thecompressor winding temperature not exceed 120ºC(R600a),130ºC(R134a).Otherwise,it would cause thermal protection evencompressor failure.
R134a,R290 special requirement:
1.Vacuum pump and filling equipment must be exclusively used inR134a,R290.
2.Organics that couldn't mix with R134a,R290.must not be used inthe refrigeration system.
3.Device fordrying and filtering mustapply to R134a,R290.
4.R134a,R290 compressor's exposure time should be as short as possible,and itcouldn't over 10min.
5.R134a,R290 refrigeration system should control the content of water,impurity,ceresin wax,silicone oil and chloridion strictly.
6.There is specified oil in R134a,R290compressor,please don'tpour out oradd optionally.
R600a special requirement:
1.R600a compressor must use PTC starter.
2.For safety,charge volum of working medium should not be over150g in R600a.
3.R600a's kindling material will be ignited when the temperature isover 460C°or the air concentration is 1.98%-8.5%byvolume.
Environment protection:
1.During the whole production process of compressor,refrigerant oilshould not be poured put optionally,carton,wooden support andnylon paper should be retrieved in order to avoid the environmentalpollution.
2.Baixue compressor and accessory which meet RoHS requirementshould be all marked.Compressor's data plate,packing and accessorybox all have RoHS mark,please pay attention to not be mixed in the
use.
