The sophisticated operational process is as follows: Initially, the acid mist exhaust is seamlessly channeled into the purification tower via an expertly designed air duct. Here, it traverses the meticulously crafted filler layer, allowing for an optimal gas-liquid two-phase interaction. This is where the exhaust gas engages in full, uninhibited contact with the sodium hydroxide absorption liquid. The ensuing absorption and neutralization reactions effectively cleanse the acid mist exhaust. Following this transformative purification phase, the gas undergoes a rigorous dewatering and defogging process, facilitated by a high-efficiency demister plate, before being safely expelled into the atmosphere by a robust fan system. The absorption liquid, after being pressurized by a powerful pump situated at the tower's base, is elegantly sprayed down from the tower's summit, completing the cycle by returning to the tower's foundation for sustainable recycling.
