1. Brief Introduction of Production Process:
Our robust crusher reduces large gypsum ore chunks into smaller particles (less than 25mm). These particles are then stored and fed into the mill via a vibration machine, ensuring precise feed amounts. The mill grinds these particles into fine gypsum powder, which is subsequently calcined in a boiling furnace. The final, high-quality calcined gypsum powder is stored as clinker, ready for further use.
2. System Structure:
This advanced production line is meticulously divided into four integral segments: the crushing section, grinding section, boiling furnace calcination section, and the storage, packaging, and transportation section for the finished powder.
