This machine could be widely used on sheet by sheet in fields of medical, food packaging, lottery, ticket, bill, note and cards with high efficiency and humanistic operation.
1. Automatic feeding section:
High-speed stable feeder free from maintenance is adopted with non-stop paper feeding system.
Optional: pre-pile paper system;
2. Correction and register section:
Left and right position register device is used according to different paper position. Register tolerance is ±0.3mm.
3. Digital inkjet printing system:
Good stability for vacuum suction feeding, whole casting lengthened high-speed printing system , high-accuracy printing position.
4. Drying section:
Open IR energy-saving drying with high-efficiency.
5. Scrap picking section:
Pneumatic overturning scrap picking configuration is convenient for scrap inspecting and removing.
6. Automatic delivery section:
Jogging times can be set according to paper weight. Pneumatic joggers keep sheets delivered orderly. Equip with counter for coated sheets, pre-delivery table which will be automatically open when paper jam in delivery.
7. Optional:
1) Non-stop feeding and delivery system to improve work efficiency;
2) Import feeding head to improve stability and lifespan;
3) Powder cleaner to remove powders on printing paper surface;
4) Air compressor;
5) Auto correction by program.
