Product Description

The steel wire mesh plastic (PE) composite pipe is a new type of composite structure pressure pipe material. It is made with high-strength steel wire and polyethylene plastic as raw materials, featuring a high-strength steel wire wound core layer, and high-density polyethylene plastic as the inner and outer layers. The composite pipe includes a steel wire reinforcement mesh, which greatly improves pressure resistance compared to PE solid wall pipes, while retaining excellent corrosion resistance and no scale characteristics. The reinforcement is encapsulated in continuous thermoplastic plastic, ensuring isolation from the external environment, extending the lifespan of the steel wire, and maintaining long-term pressure resistance. The wire mesh winding formation ensures a low linear expansion coefficient and provides axial flexibility, making it highly adaptable to the environment. Widely used in the water supply field, it is a new and practical pipe material.
