The RELONG hydraulic drive submersible slurry pump is a highly efficient and modular heavy-duty submersible dredge pump unit. It is mainly used for excavator accessories instead of grabs when there is a lot of water and mud and is not suitable for excavation.Submersible mud pumps are widely used in deep water areas for dredging different materials. They are powered by excavators or hydraulic power units and are usually equipped with 2 or 3 agitator cutters to mix sediment materials for suction.
1. The bottom of the pump is equipped with a stirring device, it could also be equipped with two sides and a separate mixer. It could help the solids to mix well with the liquid and easier to handle.2. The pump can handle the solid as mortar, mud, sand, and slag, the concentration can reach about 40%.
3. The device is mainly installed on the excavator. The power is provided by the hydraulic station of the excavator, which can realize free transition and the power source is diesel engine. The problem of power inconvenience can be solved when working in remote areas.
4.The use of a unique sealing device, to avoid frequent replacement of the machine seal, and improve work efficiency.
