A1: We mainly produce led bulb,led filament bulb, led flood light ,led panel light, led spot light, led strip light, led tube , led G4/G9, led corn, Edison bulb, halogen bulb, and so on
Q2: What is the Warranty for the lamps?
A2: For the lamps, we have 2 years warranty . If any quality problems on our side occurred in this period , we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.
Q3: Could I use my own LOGO or design on goods?
A3:Yes.Customized logo and design on mass production are available.
Q4: Can we add our logo on products?
A4:Yes. we can add your logo on LED bulb.
Q5: Can we design packaging?
A5: Yes. Default is regular packing, we can make customer's own packing.
Q6:If I have a question I would like advice on how to contact you?
A6:You can sns platform or directly through major inquiry and send to consult us. Look for our name card.
Q7:Can you supply samples ?
A7:Yes, we can supply samples for you, you just bear the sample and courier charge, and the charge will be sent back to you after you place order to us.
Q8:What about your delivery time?
A8:Our regular OEM and ODM orders need about 30 days, if customers have no special requirements for the package, we can delivery goods within 20 days.
