Product Description
Removable ton bucket with wheels square frame storage mixing bucket
The mixing drum is made of high-density polyethylene PE, which is non-toxic, odorless and guaranteed in quality.
1. Frame
The outer frame is welded and formed by hot-dip galvanized steel pipe (all steels of Ansteel 51D+Z and 53D+Z models), and the bottom tray is fixed by anti-skid screws (grade 8.8), which is strong, durable and corrosion-resistant. The 2mm thick bottom middle beam provides strong support to ensure the safety of the tonnage during transportation. Reasonable structure, can be loaded and unloaded by forklift. The product marking board outside the frame can mark the company name, product and other instructions that need to be marked, so that customers can fully understand the information of your company.
2. Valve
The container is equipped with a plastic valve. The valve material is acid and alkali resistant, suitable for the discharge of various liquids.
3. Stirring port
The stirring port of the container is equipped with a lid, which can be covered when not stirring for easy storage. The stirring port is 150mm.
3. Feeding port
The lid equipped with the feeding port of the container can be covered to prevent the liquid from overflowing when the feeding port is not feeding, and the feeding port is 350mm.
4. Liner
Large-capacity packaging, using water (density of 1) as the medium, each can be filled with a weight of one ton (take 1000 liters as an example);
The volume scale is cast on the inner tank, and the user can clearly see the full height of the liquid in the container by using the transparent characteristics of the container.
