How it works:
The electronic oil differential pressure switch contains a pressure measuring mechanical head and a pressure differential controller.
The pressure measuring mechanical head is directly screwed into the pump housing of the compressor and connected with the oil circuit in the machine.
After power on, self-detection. If the supply voltage is normal and the installation is intact, the relay is closed and the LED is orange; Otherwise the relay breaks and the red LED flashes.
In the compressor operation, when the oil pressure difference is normal, the LED is green; Once the oil pressure difference is detected to be too low, the LED turns orange while timing. If the oil pressure difference is less than 0.65bar (the pressure measuring mechanical head fixed value) for 90 seconds, the relay is disconnected and self-locking, the LED is red, and the compressor is stopped for protection.
If the oil pressure difference reaches the set value during the delay time, the red LED turns green.
