System Introduction
1. The underneath structure of the retractable seating system is designed with upright support. The upright main support cooperates with the tie rods and the riser beam and nosing tread to form a stable frame structure, which can evenly distribute the load of the stand; the overall structure meets the load-bearing requirement of 5000N/m2, and can be made up to 20 rows.
2. The nosing tread and the rear beam are integrally formed by rolling high-quality galvanized steel sheets, with reasonable cross-section and uniform load.
3. The decking of the system are made of high-quality plywood, and the surface is covered with fireproof, non-slip and wear-resistant PVC, which fully ensures the safety of the audience.
4. The guardrail of the retractable seating is a plug-free safety inclined guardrail. The guardrail is connected to the underneath frame. When the stand is closed, the guardrail does not need to be disassembled. It has high safety and is easy to disassemble.
5. The drive of retractable seating adopts independent adjustable four-wheel drive; it can work in harsh environments such as high temperature, humidity, dust, pollution, etc. The drive system can manually adjust the running direction to avoid deviation and use more stably.
6. All metal parts of the retractable seating system are treated with electrostatic powder spraying after sandblasting and polishing, which fully guarantees the anti-corrosion and anti-rust effect.
