Hydraulic cylinder
The hydraulic cylinder is a kind of hydraulic actuator which can change the hydraulic energy into mechanical energy and do linear reciprocating motion (or swing motion). It is simple in structure and reliable in operation. When it is used to realize reciprocating motion, it can avoid decelerating device, and has no transmission clearance and smooth motion, so it is widely used in various mechanical hydraulic systems. The output force of the hydraulic cylinder is directly proportional to the effective area of the piston and the pressure difference between the two sides; The hydraulic cylinder is basically composed of cylinder barrel and cylinder head, piston and piston rod, sealing device, buffer device and exhaust device. Buffer device and exhaust device depend on the specific application, other devices are essential.
Basic information
The hydraulic cylinder is the executive component of the hydraulic transmission system, which is the energy conversion device to convert the hydraulic energy into mechanical energy. The hydraulic motor realizes continuous rotary motion, while the hydraulic cylinder realizes reciprocating motion. There are three types of hydraulic cylinder structure: piston cylinder, piston cylinder and swing cylinder. Piston cylinder and piston cylinder achieve reciprocating linear motion, output speed and thrust, swing cylinder achieve reciprocating swing, output angular velocity (speed) and torque. In addition to single use, hydraulic cylinder can also be combined with two or more or other mechanisms.
