Indications
Antiviral drugs. For respiratory syncytial virus caused by viral pneumonia and bronchitis.
Dosage
Diluted with sodium chloride injection or 5% glucose injection into a solution containing 1mg per 1ml, then slowly intravenous drip.
5 g (5 tubes) once a day for adults and 10-15 mg / kg twice a day for children. The course of treatment was 3-7 days.
Adverse reactions
The common adverse reactions were anemia, fatigue and so on, which disappeared after drug withdrawal. The less common adverse reactions were fatigue, headache, insomnia, anorexia, nausea, vomiting, etc., and the decrease of red blood cells, white blood cells and hemoglobin.
Contraindication
It is forbidden for allergic and pregnant women.
Precautions
(1. Patients with severe anemia or abnormal liver function should be cautious.
2. Interference in diagnosis: the increase of serum bilirubin after oral administration can be as high as 25%. High dose can cause the decrease of hemoglobin.
3. Take medicine as soon as possible. Respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia within the first 3 days of administration is generally effective. This product is not suitable for patients with respiratory syncytial virus infection without laboratory diagnosis.
4. Long term or large dose administration has adverse effects on liver function and hemogram.
