Product Description
Our factory currently covers an area of 20000 square meters, including a casting workshop of 17000 square meters, with an annual output of 15000 tons of gray iron, ductile iron, and nodular cast iron castings. It has more than 100 employees and an annual output value of two million us dollars . It has six workshops for casting, film sand, machining, mold, resin sand, and semi-finished product processing. Its main product, rice huller rubber rollers cast iron drums is leading in the industry. Our factory has obtained ISO9001 quality system certification, is one of the first batch of occupational health classification and control enterprises in Shandong Province, and has passed the safety production standardization acceptance.
Since 2021, our company has carried out digital transformation and upgrading, introducing advanced MES systems to automatically collect data on feeding, electricity consumption, chemical composition, and other aspects of the production process. We also conduct comprehensive analysis of product quality data and customer orders, providing better guarantees for order cycles and product quality.
There are over 60 CNC machine tools in the machining workshop. The laminated sand workshop is equipped with 12 fully automatic three signal core shooting machines. The foundry workshop has four 3-ton medium frequency electric furnaces, one fully automatic vertical molding line, one automatic fan-shaped pouring machine, one resin sand molding production line, and one 80 ton sand processing equipment. Capable of meeting the product needs of various customers.
