Machine structure and paddy processing flow:
Put paddy into hopper (1) through vibrating screen (2) to riddle gravel. Pull out hopper slide (3). The paddy screened slide over magnet unit to remove iron filings and are driven into between two rubber rollers, through feeding roller for husking. Paddy flow is controlled by flow controller (4) . Speed roller whirls in the reverse direction. It's line speed different stands 3.6 mps, ratio of whirling speed 1:1.35.While hulling rate is up to over 95%.Clearance between rolls is regulated by rolling distance regulating system (13). The odds and ends under huller are separated by air blowing. Chaff are blown out of the machine by chaff air machine (6).Blighted grain flow out from the blighted grain mouth. While the blown rice are pushed into husking space(11) for husking. The polished rice are pushed out from rice draining mouth (8).In the course of husking, high-pressure blower air blows uninterruptedly towards the hollow axis of rice machine, so as to decrease the temperature of rice in husking space (11).The rice become clean and bright. Chaff goes easy and smooth. Degree of neatness of rice may be regulated with pressing weight of rice draining mouth (9).Fine chaff are pushed out of machine through holes of turret screen (10).

The SB Rice Huller with Polisher is a kind of comprehensive equipment. Rice goes into machine via vibrating screen (removing stones) and magnet unit (removing little piece of steel), and then pass through hulling room (remove the yellow husks), winnowing room, milling room (remove the brown chaff, and then become white rice), and blowing room in turn. The machine can complete all the processing works from cleaning grain, hulling grain to milling rice. As to husk, chaff, blighted grain, as well as polished rice, they are all pushed out of machine separately. Furthermore, we add a jet blower near the outlet of finished white rice; it not only can drop down the temperature of white rice, but also can separate chaff from the white rice, and make the finished rice much clear.
