Low speed bucket elevator for paddy and rice
This bucket elevators are made by using laser cutting and CNC equipments, with good sealing performance,adopting low speed together with specially designed super strong elevator buckets that can effectively decrease the broken rate of finished rice in the process. It features characteristics of stable operation, big capacity and small rice loss rate,it is an ideal equipment for modern rice mill plant.Now we could produce 5 models bucket elevators for clients choosing, the capacity is from 6tons to 30tons per hour.All products are adopting powder coating to keep good finishing.
According to markets different requirement, we could make special improvement to match the clients different demand, For example, we could use PVC belt and bigger power gear motors. now we regular export our bucket elevators to Maymar,Bangaldesh,Philippines, Tailand,Sri Lanka etc markets
Besides bucket elevators, we also produce many other rice mill machines, such as pre cleaner, de stoner, paddy husker, paddy separator, rice whitener, silky polisher, rice grader and so on, you are welcome to discuss with us for collecting detail information
