- It is used for grading and sifting white rice in rice mill plant
- Take the principle that the head rice and the broken rice have different length to separate
- The sieve cylinder can be easily replaced.
- It can be used to sort the head rice from the broken rice, and also remove the broken rice from the head rice.
Rice length grader is a rice mill machine refined selecting machine, also called length classificator or broken-rice refined seperating machine, is a professional machine to sort and grade the white rice in rice mill plant, is good equipment for seperating the broken rice from the head rice. Meanwhile, the machine can remove barnyard millet and the grains of tiny round stones which are almost as wide as rice. The length grader is used in the last process of rice processing line. It can be used to grade other grains or cereals, too.
The length grader is with excellent suitability and high seperation efficiency, have stable seperation effect for the convenient adjustment of the seperation grooves when working. The working cylinders which are closed can be conveniently installed with air entrance equipment to absorb the dust outside.
