Our MMJP series white rice graders are designed for white rice grading in rice mill plant. It is a new generation rice mill machine by absorbing international advanced technology. This type rice grader with 4 or 6 points spring support structure, it has stable perforamance and fine Balance.Reliable and durable. With four layer of screens, separate head rice twice, so it has high capacity, better separating effect. With stepless speed adjustment motor,it had big range of adjustment, less inertia and high reliability,long sifting route and less broken rice contained in head rice. It is fixed with inverter which could adjust the rotary speed and vibration amplitude.It is suitable for different processing and capacity requirement. We could do some improvements according to client's different requirement, such as use different machine colors, adding level device on the bottom frame to make installation easily. With each machine, we will give two extra free screens with different hole sizes.
