Raw material preparation: First of all, polypropylene (PP) particles need to be prepared as raw materials, according to the required specifications and requirements.
Extrusion molding: The mixed and heated PP particles are extruded through the extruder to form plastic sheet raw materials.
Woven bag making: The extruded plastic sheet is cut and wound, and then woven through the knitting machine to form the basic structure of the woven bag.
Printing and coating: According to the needs of customers, woven bags can be printed and coated to increase the beauty and water resistance of the product.
