SELVA PVC CELL is a rigid cross-linked closed-pore PVC structural foam material. An alloy-foam material based on vinyl polymers through a permeable network of aromatic amide polymers. Commonly known as crosslinked PVC foam core material, it is the ideal core material for composite sandwich structure. The product has excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, stable chemical properties, and the highest cost performance. It has been widely used in wind power, water boats and other fields.

1.The density range is 40~250kg/cm3
2. excellent specific stiffness and strength
3. Good resistance to fatigue and impact
4. Heat preservation and heat insulation
5. Good flame retardant property
6. Low water absorption, not easy to be damp, mildew isotropic
7. Good dimensional stability and machinability
8. Process temperature -240ºC~ 100ºC, long-term service temperature -240ºC~80ºC
