In addition to the advantages of elastic seat seal gate valve, rising stem soft seal gate valve can directly display the valve opening and closing quickly and reliably, so it is often used in fire fighting and industrial systems. It is generally installed at a higher position from the ground. Our factory imported the high-tech valve manufacturing technology from Europe to produce elastic seat seal gate valve, which can achieve good sealing effect, water leakage and rust by using the deformation compensation function of the whole gate. 1. Overall rubber coating: the gate adopts the whole rubber coating, which has good covering performance and geometric dimension to ensure reliable sealing and service life.
2. Light weight: the valve body is made of nodular iron, light in weight and easy to install.
3. Flat bottom valve seat: the bottom adopts the same flat bottom valve seat design as the water pipe, which does not produce debris deposition and has reliable sealing.
4. Corrosion resistance: the inner cavity is coated with epoxy resin to prevent corrosion and rust. It can be used not only for drinking but also for sewage system.
5. Three "0" seal: the valve rod is sealed with three 0-rings, with small friction resistance, light switch and no water leakage.
