Potting and encapsulation is the process of embedding electronic components & assemblies in a liquid resin (potting compounds) to protect them against rough environment conditions. Potting can be performed in atmosphere pressure or even under vacuum, if high voltage insulation and high temperature differences are needed. Encapsulation of parts will stop corrosion of metals and reduce damage caused by vibration and mechanical stress.

Applicable Material:
1K and 2-component polyurethanes, epoxies, acrylics, silicones, temperature, humidity and UV curing materials. Two componen potting materials , 2-part compound materials, AB part compound materials , 2K silicones ,2K epoxies resin, Bi-component PU, Ployerster, Polyurethane, UV materials and so on .

D&H double cylinder plunger pumps, Gear pumps and screw pumps for metering and mixing dispensing is ideal for Low-medium and higher viscosities epoxies, silicones ,polyurethanes to meet up with mediumto high production outputs.
Double Cylinder plunger pumps' metering and mixing dispensing design is preferred for lower viscosity adhesives and are used in fully automated high-quality production environments.

1. Working Mode: controlled by PLC module and MCGS touch screen.
2.High precision valve: high speed, glue off clean, no glue drawing, no dropping.
3. Core metering pump specially design for different material from low to high viscosities.
4. Mix glue A & B more evenly; no more or no less for agent B.
Compound materials A & B are kept in two tanks separately. There are two sets of metering pumps inside the machine for metering A and B resin by setting ratio, draining out material individually from tank A & B. Liquid A & B mix with each other in the mixer pipe and dispensed out according to the programmable data.

2. Tank with motor stirrer that prevent the glue from sediment and keep the potting material in constant temperature.
4 Tank with vacuum degas (degas time can be set through touch screen), so the material can be re-feeding through vacuum negative pressure .
5 Tank with pressure releasing ball valve ; the bottom of tank reserved back-flow connector and river closure ball valve.
6 Tank with heater which can preheat materials to assure good flowability .
7 Tank with artificial feeding mouth that can be added glue appropriately by hand .
8 Tank with silica-dryer which can prevent material especially PU from crystallization .
Self-Cleaning:
1. B) The cleaningswitch points to "air" and uses compressed air to discharge most of the mixturein the mixing tube;
2. C) The cleaningswitch points to "liquid". If there is a dynamic mixing motor, turn on the dynamic mixing motor before changing the clean switch;
3. D) After cleaning, the cleaning switch points to "air" and usescompressed air to clear the cleaning liquid in the mixed tube;
4. E) The cleaning switch points to the middle positiononce finished.

Normally, 30% advance by T/T and balance paid off before delivery. Other payment terms are negotiatible .

Maintenance Service
2.2 In case parts of the machine become broken within the warranty because of non-artificial factors, we send you part
replacement free, buyer pay for the shipment. Double-liquid valve should be bought at its cost price.
2.3If the parts of the machine become broken past warranty , the parts replacement should be shouldered by buyer.
Common troubles and solutions:
1.Glue dispenser always drops
Drops always happened when valve closed . The reason may be low concentration of glue , big air-pressure or large diameter of needles.Narrow needles will effect the flow of the liquid and cause back pressure . It will lead to dropping when the valve closed . Too narrow needles will effect the drainage of air when valve start to work, but it can be solved if change suitable needles .Conical needles with less back pressure and liquid flow smoothly .It is better to drainage of the air advance or use no-foam glue or deaeration to avoid the air cause dropping after valve closed .
2.Glue dispensing not evenly
The problem cause mainly because of the storage flow pressure tank or air pressure is not stable.
Inlet pressure regulating table should be set lower 10-15psi than factory minimum pressure . The pressure in pressure tank should be set upper than the middle pressure of regulating table . It should be avoided to use the pressure lower than the middle pressure of regulating table . Control pressure of rubber valve at least higher than 60psi to assured glue evenly .
We should check the glue output speed at last . The glue is uneven if the time less than 15/1000s , the output speed more longer , the glue dispensing will be more stable .
3.Slow flow velocity
It should be changed the pipe from 1/4 to 3/8 if the flow velocity too slowly .
The pipe is the shorter the better if no requirement .
4.Air in the fluid
Excessive fluid pressure and short valve opening time may lead to the air infiltration liquid . We can use the conical needles and reduce fluid pressure .
5. Instant glue (quick adhesive) blocking in valve connector and pipes.
This problem is caused by heavy moisture and recycle instant glue . We should make sure to use new instant glue and wash the pipes with dry acetone . Make sure air dry and add filter between plant air pressure and valve .
6.UV glue (UV curing glue )
Make sure to use black pipeline.
Don't add new UV glue to old UV glue in pressure tank , we should drain off the old UV glue before pouring new UV glue into pressure tank because the UV glue will produce bubble after a period of time and lead to glue dispensing unevenly .
7.Needles
Normally , it may cause air problem if the needle less than NO.20 . It is better to use large steel needles or conical needles to avoid to use winding needles or needles
8. Epoxy cleaning
It is better to use storage pressure cylinder of methybenzene toluene to self-cleaning one time for each shift . The more
frequently cleaning the better .
