How it works:

This series of advanced oil injectors efficiently lubricates up to three rock drills simultaneously, ensuring seamless operation., The innovative oil injector system automatically administers lubrication, meticulously fulfilling all machine lubrication requirements. When operational, the machine's pressure gas enters the internal cavity of the shell (2) via the windward hole (1) of the oil valve, applying pressure on the oil surface. The oil outlet hole (3) in the oil valve, positioned orthogonally to the pressure gas flow, creates a pressure differential at the oil outlet (3) under high-speed gas flow conditions. This dynamic forces the lubricating oil to be discharged from the conveying pipe (4). As the oil passes through the small hole (3), it is atomized into the compressed gas pipeline, forming a lubricating fog. This lubricating mist efficiently enters the rock drill and gas leg, providing thorough lubrication to all moving components.With the oil injector, adjusting the oil flow is remarkably simple. By maneuvering the oil valve handle, one can easily regulate the oil output. Ideally, the volume of oil per minute should be approximately 2.5 to 3 ml. Monitoring the drilling machine's exhaust for oil mist confirms optimal lubrication levels.
Caution:
Proper lubrication is vital for sustained performance and extended service life. Avoid using grease lubrication to prevent clogging machine holes, obstructing gas flow, and compromising lubrication of the head and gas leg. Such issues can reduce machine efficiency and accelerate wear of parts.
