Our rock wool products, manufactured by Shaanxi Fanyang Construction Technology Co. Ltd, are made from natural rocks such as basalt and dolomite. These rocks are melted into melts in a cupola at an extremely high temperature of approximately 1500°C. The resulting lava-like melts are then poured into high-speed spinners, which transform them into fine fibers. Simultaneously, a phenolic binder containing silicon and mineral oil is evenly sprayed onto the surface of each fiber. This process ensures a homogeneous distribution of the binder.
