Application & Characteristics
Roller delivery system is an assist device to deliver pipes to clamper. After pipes delivered in place the centering device can adjust two pipes concentric. All the system can self-adjust to suit pipes with different diameters. Roller delivery system is designed depends on different working environment, generally includes: lengthways delivery roller, sideways device, front centering device, back centering device, three-wheels' support, four-wheels' support and U type roller device.
Structure
Except the U type roller device, all the rollers are V type structure. Lengthways delivery rollers are controlled by hydraulic motor, in general condition it's around 8~10 sets should be enough. Sideways device showed in picture 5. Sideways controlled by a small hydraulic friction winch to move horizontally. Generally there are 2~3 sets of sideways devices could enough depends on the length of pipe. Vertically move of rollers is controlled by 4 cylinders. Front centering device is showed in picture 6, the roller is also controlled by hydraulic motor.
Quadruple roller behind clamper is equipped a pressure sensor to display the weight of pipe on working. The whole roller delivery system is controlled by a concentrate console. Delivery of pipe is controlled manually.
