Q1. What is the lead time?
A1: For sample order, it cost 3-5 days,sent by FEDEX,UPS or DHL. For mass production products, it cost about 30 days.
Q2. I don't like your standard colors. Can I choose any color ?
A2: We have different colors, you can choose any color you like.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit?
A3: For sample order, there is no MOQ. For Mass production order, plastic part needs at least hundreds pcs.
Q4. Can I have a sample even pre-production before I send you the order?
A4: Yes. Samples could be sent for evaluation at any time, but you should pay for the freight.
Q5. Which payment methods do you accept?
A5: We accept Western Union, T/T, LC,D/P.
Q6. What's the payment term?
A6: You should pay 30% deposit, and 70% balance before shipping.Others terms acceptable can be talked.
Q7. Would you accept to make mold as our request?
A7: Sure,we can make special according to your sample or drawing. Tooling cost will be returned when you reach enough quantity.
