1. The furnace line has two furnaces, one for solution, one for ageing.
2. All line can be layed out as U shape or line shape according to customer's requirement.
3. Fuel can use electricity, or Natural Gas, or LPG.
4. The Line can be made as with baskets or without baskets, the back is more saveing energy.
5. The line has solution furnace, quenching device, ageing furnace, and feed-in or feed-out desks, electrical control system.
6. Control system has PLC program control, according to requirement, can set computer control.
