This type is a large mixing mill with hardened gear reducer.
1.The mainpart of the Xk-560adopt :hard tooth surface reducer,roll and bearings are well-known brand products in domestic and abroade ,the main electric parts such as PLC ect adopt famous brand products in domestic and abroad.
2.The roller adopts cold hard cast iron LTG-H,the surface rigidity is HS 68-75.
3.The front roll speed can adjust ,and it impact the capacity driectly.
4.Gear technology :low noise , long operating life.
Structure features:
1.The rollers are made of vanadiumtitanium alloy chilled castiron.The surface is hard and wearable.The internal cavity is processed for a more even temperature on roller surface.
2.The machine is designed with an overload protection device to prevent the main parts from damage due to overload
3.The machine is designed with an emergency brake .In case of emergency,pull the rod to stop the machine.It is safe and reliable.
