[Dissolving Method]
l Cold water: During stirring add the flakes into 30ºC water gradually in the proportion of 6~10%, stir for 3-5minutes, make it disperse, then let it stand for 1~2hours, after that stir slowly into paste, reserve for use.
l Warm water: Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of 6~10%, stir for 3-5minutes and heat up to 50~60ºC, then stir for 30~60minutes slowly into paste, cool down and reserve for use.

l Provide fiber and textile excellent soft and smooth hand feeling.
l Cotton and chemical fiber can get good soft and smooth feeling after finishing.
l Can be used for lubricating yarn and make sanding, napping smoothly.

l Perfectly suited for knit, woven, and polyester cotton textiles, our softener flake particularly excels with cotton and T/C chemical fiber, ensuring exceptional performance.

l Padding method: Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution), Temp.: 30~40ºC
Technology: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
l Dipping method: Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins
