Rotary Bale plucker rotates in clockwise direction plucking fibres as it moves in its path. After every rotation the beater lowers and continues to pluck fibres until the lot is depleted.

HSNA002D and HSNFA002A are the initial treatment of raw material in spinning line, which are introduced to pluck bales of various classes cotton, man-made fiber, as well as medium length chemical-fiber below 76mm. The machine is constructed from carriage, center axle, telescopic tube, rail, ect, and the material to be processed is surrounded by outer round wall. HSNA002D is operated in single, while HSNFA002A, generally put into operation in parallel with two sets is better used for various classes cotton so that more blending bales are contained and then get better production quality.
