Gas fired rotary calcining kiln
1. Introduction:
The calciner is a slightly inclined rotary cylinder,and heating chamber is set outside the cylinder to supply heat for the material.The heating chamber bottom is equipped with electric heating device or gas or oil burners,or high-temrature flue gas from the external hot air furnace. The wall of the kiln calciner is heated by the heat from electric heating device or gas,so that material can be heated to a certain temperature and get calcined at a certain residence time.

3.Working principle
The cylindar is made in heat resistant steel,and inside is set lifting flights,and hot air furnace is set outside the cylindar to heat the flue gas.Material is fed into the chamber from the inlet,and contacts with the high temperature flue gas. calcined product is discharged from the outlet of the kiln calciner.

The kiln calciner is widely used in calcining catalyst, inorganic salt, metallic oxide,rare earth, kaolin, activated carbon, fine ceramics, refractory material and grinding material etc.
